1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer one-on-one and semi-private (2-3 people) training for men and women in Greater Portland, Maine, to further inspire, motivate, and educate you in your fitness quest. We also offer personalized fitness programs.

YOUTH PERFORMANCE

Training for optimal performance in sports is a process. Gain a competitive edge by improving strength, flexibility, and power—this will increase agility, quickness, jumping ability, and, most importantly, speed!

We’ll design a program tailored to your current situation but designed to get you the results you’ve always wanted. Are you looking for a way to get motivated and inspired to be healthy and create a stronger body so you can live fit with more vitality, purpose, and self-confidence?

Our monthly virtual personal training on-demand program is for men and women and is designed to guide you each month with full body strength programs to master at your own level, keeping it structured and progressive to follow at your own pace either at your home gym or while on the road traveling to other gyms.
